Newcomers

Are you new to the Diocese of Tyler? Well, over the last 2 years hundreds of families have come here from all over North America. And they are still coming! We have come through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit; guided by Blessed Mother and St. Joseph to a place we can practice our faith and live in Truth! It’s really quite the phenomenon! We have set the Diocese on Fire with faith, love and the desire to save our Church and Country! What does God have in mind for us? Who knows. But here we are seeking to grow in our faith and to do His Holy Will each and every day! Come Holy Spirit! Fill the Hearts of thy Faithful and enkindle in us the Fire of Your Love!

Newcomers December Event

Please join us for some festive Christmas Caroling at Watkins-Logan Texas State Veterans Home! They have a unique set up there, with residents in houses.  We are joining the JMJ Homeschoolers as we go door-to-door, singing and bringing cheer. We plan on giving the residents gifts of wrapped Christmas socks. Please bring some wrapped socks if you can. This is a great event for all ages! Please sign up here: JMJ Christmas Caroling

Sign up to receive emails and updates for Newcomers! We have monthly events and you don’t want to miss out on the fun as we get to know each other!

Share your Story! We are requesting Newcomers to share their stories of how they came to the Diocese of Tyler. Please consider taking a little time to share your personal story with us. We’ve made it super easy to participate in this project. Click here to learn more.

These Are Our Stories!

Read the stories of those who moved across the country, some even moved from another country, to be in Tyler!
